Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

SyncWave helps you copy playlists between supported music services by matching metadata and creating destination playlists. Use accounts and playlists you are authorized to access, and comply with the applicable provider terms and content rights.

Your choices and responsibilities

Review uncertain matches and destination visibility before transferring. Public and unlisted playlists can be accessible to others. Spotify's API controls profile listing, not private access; use Make private inside Spotify to restrict link access. Do not use SyncWave to bypass access controls, abuse provider quotas, interfere with the service, or access another person’s information without authorization.

Provider dependence and transfer results

Matching can be imperfect. Availability, authorization, quotas and provider changes can interrupt transfers or leave partial results. An inserted item is not a guarantee of playback in your region. Review the result before relying on it; disconnecting SyncWave or deleting its history does not delete provider playlists.

Spotify and Google/YouTube operate independently. SyncWave is not endorsed by or affiliated with them. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Provider terms continue to apply to your accounts and content.

Availability and changes

Features and supported integrations may change as providers change their APIs. We may limit or suspend abusive activity. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfect matches, and these terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
